Troilus Announces Change of Auditor

MONTREAL, Oct. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Troilus Gold Corp. (TSX: TLG; OTCQX: CHXMF; FSE: CM5R) (“Troilus” or the “Company”) announces that it has changed its auditor from McGovern Hurley LLP (“Former Auditor”) to Deloitte LLP (“Successor Auditor” or “Deloitte LLP”) effective October 21, 2025. The appointment of Deloitte LLP was approved by the Board of Directors.

There were no reservations in the Former Auditor's audit reports for any financial period during which the Former Auditor was the Company's auditor. There are no "reportable events" (as the term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the Company and the Former Auditor. The Company wishes to express its sincere appreciation to McGovern Hurley LLP for their services and professionalism during their tenure as auditor.

In accordance with NI 51-102, the Company has filed a Notice of Change of Auditor along with the required letters from the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor on SEDAR+.
